Actor Mike Myers gave fans a direct “yes” when asked during a June 16 livestream with Trevor Noah whether “Austin Powers 4” was on the way.
Myers made the comment while watching the France vs Senegal FIFA World Cup match with his 14-year-old son, Spike. Noah read a viewer question asking if audiences would ever see a fourth “Austin Powers” film.
The livestream later turned to Spike after a viewer suggested he could play “the next Austin Powers Jr.” Noah joked that Spike could be a “mini Austin,” and Spike said he had laughed at similar online comments.
Myers introduced “Austin Powers” in 1997. The spy comedy franchise later added two sequels before ending its original run with “Austin Powers in Goldmember” in 2002.
The actor has spoken about returning to the franchise for years. In 2024, Myers told Entertainment Tonight that the series had “more stories to tell.
