Dubai: Assala Faeq Hassan’s divorce rumours spread across social media after an entertainment page on X claimed the Syrian singer had begun separation steps from her husband.
Al Bawaba reported that Assala Nasri has not issued any official statement confirming or denying the claims. The rumours continue to draw reactions online.
The X page claimed that Assala had initiated divorce proceedings following tensions and disagreements with Iraqi poet and business manager Faeq Hassan.
The page also linked speculation to Hassan’s absence from several recent events, including Assala’s birthday celebration with family and close friends.
The same page claimed Assala had told close friends, including an Egyptian artist, that she wanted to cut personal and professional ties with Hassan.
It also said she was working to separate professional and administrative duties before any public announcement. Al Bawaba did not report direct confirmation from Assala or Hassan.
Assala may issue a statement through her official accounts in the coming days. Until then, the claims remain based on social media reporting.
Assala married Faeq Hassan in 2021. The couple has often drawn attention across Arab entertainment media because Hassan also works in the music industry.
