Karachi: Apex committee meets on Friday in Karachi to review the ‘Karachi operation’ and law and order situation of the metropolis.
IG Sindh Police will submit his report and brief the Apex committee about the situation of law and order in the city. He will also present a map of 71 locations which are under influence of banned organizations.
According to sources, Sohrab Goth, Manghopir, SITE, District West, Sultanabad, Landhi and Qaidabad areas of the city have been declared most sensitive in the report.
Other than reviewing law and order situation of the city, Apex committee will also discuss matters related to security pertaining to the upcoming by-elections of NA-246 in Karachi.
