Gunmen shot dead a police constable in Karachi in a brought daylight attack on Saturday.
According to police officials, four armed men on two motorbikes fired shots on Constable Munawar near his home in city’s North Nazimabad.
Munawar was on way to his duty on a bike.
His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities, as police were investigating motive behind the murder, recovering empty shells of 9mm pistol from the scene.
On Thursday, a junior police officer ASI Shehzad was killed in Korangi area while resisting an alleged robbery attempt.
