Brazilian UFC flyweight Allan Nascimento died at 34 after what the promotion described as an apparent heart attack in his sleep, UFC announced Monday, August 3, 2026.
Emergency responders found Nascimento unresponsive and pronounced him dead at the scene, according to the UFC statement. The promotion did not disclose where they found him or confirm a medical cause.
Nascimento finished his professional career with a 22-7 record, including 16 submission victories. He went 4-2 across six UFC bouts and earned two Performance of the Night bonuses, according to MMA Fighting.
His final bout took place at Meta APEX in Las Vegas on June 20. Mitch Raposo defeated him by split decision at UFC Fight Night: Kape vs. Horiguchi 2.
Nascimento first appeared on Dana White’s Contender Series in 2018. He joined the UFC in 2021 and trained with the Chute Boxe team in São Paulo.

Former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira mourned his longtime teammate on social media. Oliveira thanked Nascimento for sharing training sessions, fight corners and their friendship.
