Aleema Khan has rejected the medical report presented by the medical board and demanded that Imran be transferred immediately to Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad.

In a statement on social media platform X, Aleema Khanum said the family categorically rejects all medical reports circulating in the media regarding Imran Khan’s health. She added that although Dr Asim Yusuf spoke to doctors and was briefed on treatment details, there is no independent way to verify the information.

“Our concern and anxiety have now increased more than ever before,” she said. According to her, the family’s position remains unchanged: Imran Khan must be transferred to Shifa International Hospital for proper medical care.

She stressed that the examination should be conducted by qualified specialist doctors in the presence of Dr Asim Yusuf and Imran Khan’s family. The demand comes amid ongoing concerns about the PTI founder’s health while in custody.

Aleema Khan Rejects Imran Medical Report, Seeks Jail Meeting

Aleema further announced that the family would be present at Adiala Jail at 1:30 PM and expects authorities to allow them to meet Imran Khan. She described the meeting as his legal right.

Following the visit, the family plans to hold a press conference outside Adiala Jail at 4 PM to share updates and clarify their position.

The development adds to the growing political and legal focus surrounding Imran Khan’s medical condition. PTI leaders have repeatedly raised concerns about transparency in the treatment process.

So far, authorities have not publicly responded to the family’s renewed demand for a hospital transfer. The situation remains under close watch as legal proceedings and medical evaluations continue.
