Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir: AJK government has announced rewards of Rs 10 million each for information leading to the arrest of four wanted Joint Awami Action Committee leaders, the Home Department said.

The AJK Home Department has announced the rewards following the approval of the AJK prime minister and home minister.

Authorities named Shaukat Nawaz Mir, Omar Nazir Kashmiri, Khawaja Mehran and Sardar Aman as the wanted individuals.

The Home Department said the four men were wanted by law enforcement agencies and urged citizens to share information that could help their arrest.

The notification has assured that the identities of people providing information would remain strictly confidential. The announcement came amid official efforts to maintain law and order after recent unrest in parts of Azad Kashmir.
