Pakistan Navy Promotes Commodore Ahmed Hussain to Rear Admiral

The Pakistan Navy has announced the promotion of Commodore Ahmed Hussain SI(M) to Rear Admiral.

According to a Pakistan Navy press release, Rear Admiral Hussain received the Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military) for his distinguished service. He has extensive experience holding command and staff positions. This includes leading Pakistan Navy ships and directing the U.S.-led Combined Task Force 151 in Bahrain.

As the Director General of Public Relations (DGPR Navy), Rear Admiral Hussain plays an important role in connecting the Pakistan Navy with the public. He handles media briefings and outreach campaigns. He also shares the Navy’s key messages on national platforms.
