8 killed, 10 injured in road mishap near Khairpur

At least eight people were killed and 10 others injured in a head-on collision between a passenger bus and a van here early Sunday.

According to police sources, the bus coming from Karachi to Quetta collided with a van going to Sukkur from Nawabshah in Faiz Ganj area.

According to initial reports, the deadly accident occurred due to over speed.
