Thick fog engulfed Karachi today morning, disrupting routine life, traffic and flight operation.
According to reports, the areas of the city that were engulfed with the fog included Qayoomabad, Korangi, Malir, Airport, Surjani Town, Korangi Industrial Area, Landhi and other areas.
Flight operation was also disturbed as there was no flight since 2am last night. Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) hoped that the operation would be resumed by 9.30 after the conditions become normal and the fog ends.
Meanwhile, the citizens also enjoyed the foggy weather, saying it is highly unusual in Karachi.
