At least three more infants died of dearth in Thar earlier today taking the death toll to 34 for the month of January.
The dead include a two-day old daughter of Reham Ali and a three-day old daughter of Qaiser Bhail whereas eight children have been admitted at civil hospital Mithi for treatment.
Distribution of wheat, blankets and dates by the Sindh government has also been relatively slow adding to the problems of affected people of the Thar region.
