At least 10 suspected militants killed in security forces counter militancy operation in Aka-khel area of Khyber tribal region on Friday.
According to security sources, the forces have intensified operation against militants in Khyber tribal region killing 10 militants in recent attacks.
Security forces have taken control of the border positions of the militants, while engaged in fighting with the insurgents at Shahkot area of the tribal region. Scores of militants have been injured in skirmishes.
Moreover, the forces in Khyber-I operation this morning destroyed a hideout of the local chief of the militants in Bara tehsil of the Khyber region.
