Interior Ministry has confirmed that Pakistan has decided to take evidence from Britain on MQM receiving funds from India.
Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan Thursday after meeting British High Commissioner in Pakistan Phillip Barton talking to media said “Britain will be requested via diplomatic channel to share with Pakistan the evidence/sources on which reporter Owen Bennett-Jones’s has built the documentary which accuses the MQM of receiving the monetary funding from India,”.

The interior minister said “I have hashed out this issue at length with Mr Barton. He has been conveyed what matters for Pakistan,”
