Multan: A passenger bus having at least 30 passengers on board was hijacked near Khanewal has become mystery.
Earlier, Daewoo coach, en-route from Faisalabad to Multan has been hijacked near Khanewal and hijackers were trying to take the bus to Dera Ghazi Khan (D.G.Khan).

According to local news channel “Samaa Tv” the National Highways & Motorway Police (NH&MP) spokesperson said “The bus has not been hijacked. At the moment, it is parked on the side of motorway in Kachcha Khoo town near Khanewal,”
The NH&MP spokesman further added that, “the driver was forced to pull over after a stone struck the windshield of the bus. The bus will leave for its destination after a while,”
