Chief Justice Lahore High Court on Wednesday formed a full bench to hear the petitions for not disclosing the Judicial Tribunal’s report of Model Town tragedy from public.
According to the details, the petitioner plead that the joint investigation team has completed its investigation and the government is not realising the findings in the report to the public.
A full bench lead Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan has been formed to assess the situation, comprises Justice Anwarul Haq and Justice Abdul Sattar.
