Zardari to resist attempts to weaken democracy

Former President and PPP’s Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari said that his party would resist attempts to weaken democracy.

In a telephonic address to party’s workers in Nowshehra today, Zardari said PPP has always fought dictators. “Despite non-transparent elections, we accepted the results for the continuation of democratic system,” he stated.
