Leg-spinner Yasir Shah and fast bowler Wahab Riaz scuffled during the net practice before the first test match against Australia.
According to local news channels, the two players had quarreled after verbal altercation when they were playing football; however, other players intervened and averted the clash.
The unpleasant incident came just one day before Pakistan’s clash with Australia in the first Test match.
Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has said that action will be taken if anyone found responsible, in the light of relevant officials’ report.
Pakistan will play their first Test match of the tour against Australia on Thursday.
