Taylor Swift reportedly declined an invitation from Meghan Markle to appear on her podcast, Archetypes, despite the Duchess of Sussex enjoying herself at one of Swift’s concerts in Los Angeles.
Meghan, who had been seen dancing and singing to hits like “Shake It Off,” personally extended the invitation, which Swift turned down through her representative.
Launched in August 2022, Meghan’s podcast featured a variety of high-profile guests and tackled stereotypes facing women, quickly topping Spotify charts in multiple countries. Despite its success, Swift chose not to participate, a decision confirmed by reports stating, “Taylor declined Meghan’s offer through her representative,” which reportedly left the Duchess somewhat embarrassed.
