Previously, users had to press and hold to record quick voice notes or swipe up to lock the recording for longer messages. The new feature combines these methods by automatically locking the recording with a single tap. This streamlines the process, making communication faster and more intuitive. While long-time users may need to adjust to this change, it is designed to reduce the number of steps and enhance overall efficiency.
