Unsafely, a drunk man ascended Faisalabad’s Ghanta Ghar on Saturday.
The drunk man arrived at Ghanta Ghar early in the morning, attacked the supervisor, and climbed Faisalabad’s Ghanta Ghar stairs.
Later, he threw bricks at people around the tower. Locals called police and rescue services after becoming frightened.
The rescue 1122 squad arrived and used a crane to bring him down; he started throwing a 20 to 25-kg uprooted pillar at rescue workers, which struck one rescue officer.
After an hour, three rescuers scaled the clock tower and subdued him. The person was apprehended, and an inquiry was launched.
