Tyreek Hill, the Miami Dolphins wide receiver, is facing a lawsuit from OnlyFans model Sophie Hall, who claims he caused her to need surgery after shattering her leg during a backyard football drill.
Hall is suing Hill for $50,000, citing negligence, battery, and assault. She alleges that during an exercise designed to simulate NFL offensive linesman movements, Hill charged at her with such force that it resulted in a severe right leg fracture. Hill, however, counters these claims by suggesting that Hall is leveraging the lawsuit to boost her visibility and income as an influencer.
According to Hill’s attorney, Robert Horwitz, Hall’s primary income comes from her adult content page where she charges $57.60 for access to videos and promotes various niches, including “tall girl content, BBW, b/g, crushing, face-sitting, goddess worshipping,” and “giantess” content. “This lawsuit appears to be motivated not only by the potential financial gains but also by an opportunity to enhance her stature online,” Horwitz stated.
Hall, a British national with over three million followers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X.com (formerly Twitter), uses her popularity to attract subscribers on OnlyFans. She even offers free content and trials to entice new viewers.
The incident reportedly began after Hall’s son attended the Tyreek Hill Football Camp. Hall claims that Hill started sending her flirty messages and eventually invited her to his home in Florida. On June 28, at his Southwest Ranches property, Hill encouraged her to participate in a drill to understand the sport better. Hill allegedly became enraged when Hall successfully resisted his attempt to break through her defensive stance, leading him to charge into her, causing serious injuries.
Hill and his legal team contend that Hall’s injuries occurred during a trip to Puerto Rico, challenging the allegations tied to the incident at his home. They assert that the lawsuit serves more as a platform to amplify her social media presence and monetize her content further.
