Two Frontier Corps (FC) personnels were killed and two others were injured in a roadside blast in Salarzai.
According to APP, an FC water tanker drove over the explosives that were planted on the road, causing the blast as a result.
FC personnel along with the injured were transported to a hospital nearby.
Security in the area was strengthened after the attack and a search operation is underway.
No suspects have been brought into custody yet.
