In a strategic intelligence-led operation in the Kech district of Balochistan, security forces successfully neutralized a notorious terrorist commander, known by the alias Sana aka Baro, along with several of his associates.
The operation, which took place during the late hours between November 12 and 13 in Balgatar, involved a fierce exchange of fire, ultimately resulting in the death of the militants.
Sana, a prominent figure within the Majid Brigade, had been actively involved in recruiting and training suicide bombers in the region and had been a long-standing target of law enforcement agencies. He played a crucial role in radicalizing young individuals and integrating them into extremist activities.
Security sources disclosed that Sana was instrumental in recruiting Adila Baloch, a resident of Turbat, into a banned organization, preparing her for suicide missions. The breakthrough in tracking down Sana was largely due to the cooperation of Adila’s parents, who alerted the authorities after their daughter was kidnapped and brainwashed by the terrorists.

Adila Baloch was subsequently arrested, and during a press conference in Quetta with high-ranking provincial officials, she provided valuable insights into the operations of the terrorist network.
The successful operation marks a significant victory in Pakistan’s ongoing battle against terrorism, effectively disrupting the recruitment processes and operational strategies of extremist groups in the region.
