Raees aka Mama, a well known proclaimed offender involved in many heinous crimes such as target killing, extortion and China-cutting, has returned to Karachi from Dubai, according to sources.
Raees Mama, sources said, had left for Dubai fearing his life after another proclaimed terrorist Saeed alias Bharam was arrested last month.
Mama is affiliated to a political party and during the Karachi Operation, Raees hid in South Africa and Dubai.
Meanwhile, residents of Azizabad overpowered a robber and beat him up. After prolonged discussion between police and residents, they handed him over to the police.
Also, police conducted search operations at Peerabad and Ittehad Town and arrested Waseem alias Mullah, member of a banned outfit and three others who were involved in street crime and drug peddling. Weapons and drugs were recovered from them, police said.
