According to security officials, top TTP commander Amir Hamza and at least four other militants were killed in a roadside blast in South Waziristan agency earlier today.
The incident took place in Shaktoi area of the tribal area where a bomb planted on the roadside hit a vehicle carrying the Taliban commander and four of his close associates.
Apparently, the bomb was triggered by a remote controlled device to specifically target the vehicle . There have been reports of in-fighting between different Taliban groups in the area
