SSP Chaman Sajid Khan Mohmand martyred in attack

Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Chaman, Sajid Khan Mohmand, martyred in a terrorist attack after on Boghra Road of the city on Monday.

According to initial information, a bike-riding suicide bomber targeted the convoy of SSP Sajid at Eidgah Chowk resulting dozen police personnel and civilians were injured in the attack.

Police officials speaking to local news channels said that the deceased and injured were shifted to the Civil Hospital where an emergency has been declared.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri condemned the attack and expressed grief over the incident.

Expressing his condolences to the bereaved family of the senior police officer, the CM vowed to continue the ongoing fight against terrorism.
