Special Court headed by Justice Faisal Arab resumed hearing of Article-VI case against former president Pervez Musharraf in Islamabad today.
A speech of General (retd) Pervez Musharraf on November-3, 2007, was played in the courtroom during the case hearing today.
Pakistan Television’s concerned staff provided the footage of the speech for playing in the courtroom.
Moreover, prosecution submitted the reply of the request about the investigation record of the FIA.
The prosecution called the apprehensions of the defence as baseless and pleaded to the court to dismiss the defence plea.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 12.
