He said the governor, as the president’s representative, should not violate the constitution.

Yesterday, the governor and PA speaker rejected each other’s rulings on the no-trust vote and confidence session.
Punjab Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman is anticipated to decertify Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi after he didn’t seek a confidence vote today.
Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman signed the notification to remove CM Pervaiz Elahi, sources said.
The governor finished consultations and will announce soon. After the date changes, the notification may be issued at midnight, terminating CM Pervaiz Elahi’s confidence vote deadline.
