According to the FIR, Gill blamed former army head General (ret.) Qamar Javed Bajwa for stripping and torturing PTI Senator Azam Swati.
The complainant said he was using his smartphone when he watched a viral video depicting Gill.
Gill asked in the FIR how Azam Swati could have been tortured without the former army chief’s orders.
