Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has approved a metro bus project in Multan.
After Lahore, Multanites will also be able to use metro bus service in about a year. The project will cost around Rs30 billion.
Shahbaz Sharif made the announcement during a visit to the city on Thursday.
The chief minister will perform ground breaking ceremony of Rs 30 billion metro bus project on August 14, 2014. The 30 kilometre metro project, to be completed within a year, would be built on modern lines like Dubai Metro Bus project.
