Security forces in a targeted operation in Pishin’s Haramzai killed five militants.
According to Levies officials, weapons, foreign currency and explosive materials were seized from the militants. Five militants were gunned down by forces and several were taken into custody. In the exchange of fire, one security personnel was also injured.
FC, ATF, Police and Levies forces took part in the operation.
An operation in the nearby areas is underway, after security officials received information of the presence of facilitators of the terrorists.
