London: Romeo Beckham has confirmed he is back together with his ex-girlfriend Kim Turnbull. This comes six months after their high-profile breakup in April 2025.
The 22-year-old footballer and model reignited speculation earlier this month. This happened when he liked one of Kim’s Instagram posts, sparking rumours of a rekindled romance. The pair had previously ended their relationship amid reported family tensions and professional pressures.
On October 21, Romeo made the reunion official by posting a photo of himself with Kim on his Instagram Stories. This signalled that the two have reconciled after months apart.
Sources close to the couple revealed that Romeo and Kim’s reunion has been gradual. The Beckhams have reportedly come to terms with Romeo’s decision. He aims to keep some distance from his brother Brooklyn Beckham following previous family friction. This allows him to reconnect with Kim without added pressure.
The pair first began dating in October 2024 and became Instagram official the following month. Their relationship drew public attention as Romeo balanced his football career with modeling. Meanwhile, Kim’s growing success as a DJ and influencer kept her in the spotlight.

Reports had initially suggested a reason for the breakup. Romeo and Kim’s breakup stemmed from the ongoing family tension between Romeo and Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz. However, insiders later clarified that their split was primarily due to busy schedules and professional commitments. It was not due to personal conflict.

While Nicola Peltz was rumoured to have felt uncomfortable around Kim, close friends insist that any past awkwardness has since been resolved. Furthermore, Brooklyn and Kim were never romantically involved.
