An explosion from a rocket launcher shell in a house in the Mehwal Shah area of Kashmore district’s Kandhkot tehsil resulted in the tragic death of eight individuals, including four children, on Wednesday. Three others were injured in the incident.
Kashmore-Kandhkot’s Senior Superintendent of Police, Rohil Khosa, informed that the victims all belonged to the same family residing in a house owned by Ali Nawaz Sabzoi. Sindh’s Chief Minister Justice Maqbool Baqar expressed deep concern over the incident and demanded insights on how such weapons reached the locality. A thorough investigation has been ordered.
