Referendum Polls opened in Crimea to join Russia, AFP reporters have reported that voters were seen entering polling stations in the regional capital Simferopol. AFP reporters also witnessed 20 people coming out to vote in Bakhchysaray.
Bakhchysaray is the centre of Crimea´s Muslim Tatar Community which has called for a boycott of the controversial secession vote.
