According to police, unidentified gunmen entered into Jama Masjid Khyber, located in Qasba Colony and killed a man and injured two others. Police arrested one of the gunmen in injured condition. The dead body and injured were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Three persons were killed as two rival groups opened fire on each other in Jhatpat Market, Lyari.
Amid, Rangers arrested 25 suspects during targeted operation in different parts of the city and recovered 42 weapons. These arrests were made in Bhittaiabad, Mehran Town, Bilal Colony, Gulzar Colony, Model Town, Baloch Goth, Mianwali Colony, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Shah Faisal areas.
