ISPR Statement on the Incident

On Thursday evening, a security post near Wali Tangi was targeted by militants, as per a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The press release conveyed that three terrorists were killed during the firefight. The statement acknowledged the bravery of Subedar Qaiser Raheem, who was martyred while fulfilling his duty with courage. Moreover, another soldier sustained severe injuries during the clash.
