“Pushpa 2: The Rule,” starring Allu Arjun, has generated impressive booking revenue, securing ₹36.77 crore on its first day. The film, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna and is directed by Sukumar, is slated for release on December 5. Enthusiasm among fans is evident, with 1,184,957 tickets already sold.
The movie will premiere in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, and will be available in various formats such as 2D, 3D, IMAX 2D, and 4DX to enhance the viewing experience.
Ticket sales show strong demand across formats. For 2D screenings, the breakdown includes 510,489 tickets for Telugu, 428,243 for Hindi, and smaller counts for other languages. The 3D format has also seen substantial sales, particularly for Hindi, with 115,504 tickets.
Additionally, IMAX 2D and 4DX formats draw significant interest, with thousands of tickets booked, indicating a robust audience anticipation.
Recently, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna promoted the film in Mumbai, captivating attendees with a dance performance to “Angaaron” from the film’s soundtrack. The event’s highlights were shared on the film’s official Instagram, showcasing the duo’s dynamic performance.
“Pushpa 2: The Rule” continues the story from the 2021 hit “Pushpa: The Rise” and includes notable actors such as Fahadh Faasil and Prakash Raj. Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar produce the film under Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.
