The Punjab University Eid holidays 2026 have been officially announced for students in Lahore. According to the University of the Punjab, academic activities will remain suspended from Friday, 20 March to Monday, 23 March 2026, for Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
The holiday schedule applies to all teaching departments, institutes, centres, constituent colleges and schools operating under the university.
Following the Eid break, teaching units will observe a spring recess from Tuesday, 24 March to Friday, 27 March 2026.

Regular classes are scheduled to resume on Monday, 30 March 2026. However, administrative staff will return to work earlier, on Tuesday, 24 March.
The university has advised students to follow the official academic calendar and stay updated through verified communication channels for any changes.
