Under the directives of Punjab Chief Minister, driving licence services across the province continue at an unprecedented pace, setting a new national benchmark. Authorities confirmed that they issued more than two million driving licences over the past 18 days, a figure no other province in Pakistan has matched.
A spokesperson for the Punjab Traffic Police said the province has become the only one to deliver record-breaking licensing services to citizens through a combination of physical centres and digital platforms. The surge reflects reforms aimed at improving accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in public service delivery.
