The Peshawar High Court (PHC) declares NATO supply trucks stoppage from entering Afghanistan by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers to be illegal.
The court said that the government should safeguard the right of freedom of movement along with other human rights.
The Court was responding to a writ petition filed by a trader at the PHC challenging the blocking of Nato supply lines by Pakistan Tehreek-Insaaf activists.
