Former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) president Javed Hashmi  on Thursday claimed that the aim of ‘Azadi March‘ was to destroy the prevailing government as directed by a ‘third empire’.

While addressing a press conference in Multan, the Hashmi claimed that a ‘third umpire’ was closing observing the ‘Azadi March’ when it departed Lahore for Islamabad as its objective was the destruction of the entire political system prevailing in the country.

“The plan was to get 10 people killed so that the government could be forced to step down.”

Hashmi warned that Imran and Qadri could may result a civil war in the country.

Hashmi appealed Imran Khan and Dr Tahirul Qadri to refrain from delivering violent speeches, for doing so an external power can exploit the situation and cause anarchy in the state.

Javed Hashmi claimed that on the issue of resignations from National and Provincial Assemblies, CM Pervez Khattak was the first one to refuse Imran Khan and now the PTI chief will never talk of resignations.

He said that “Imran Khan praises Nawaz Sharif every night with his ‘Go Nawaz Go’ slogan.”
