The founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has reportedly asked his sister, Aleema Khan, not to interfere in PTI matters, according to reliable sources.
Two senior PTI leaders from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recently complained to the party founder about Aleema Khan. They said he was receiving incorrect information about the provincial government. They also mentioned that a lack of direct meetings with him caused misunderstandings.
Sources reported that Aleema Khan was providing inaccurate information about the KP government. They noted that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur met the PTI founder to clear these misunderstandings.

In August, Aleema Khan said there was no conflict with Salman Akram Raja. She said he is still their legal adviser and is regarded “like family.” Speaking to the media, she denied rumours about a dispute. “There has been no harsh exchange with Salman Akram Raja. He is our lawyer and like family. It might be a personal matter for him,” she said. When asked about the upcoming by-elections, she said the matter is under discussion and that the party leadership will make the decision.
On the crackdown against PTI workers and supporters, Aleema Khan said, “Arrests won’t make a difference. I don’t understand why children are being taken away. I’ve said they can arrest me too.”
The complaints against Aleema Khan come from her alleged role in sharing wrong information about the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, led by PTI’s Ali Amin Gandapur. The lack of direct communication between senior KP leaders and the PTI founder reportedly caused the misunderstandings. This led to the decision to limit Aleema Khan’s role in party affairs.
