Kohat: A lady presiding officer along with her husband was arrested during a raid of assistant commissioner on the polling station in Kohat for casting fake votes during the local bodies polls in KP province.
Naseem Akhtar, the lady presiding officer, was caught casting fake votes in the polling station along with her husband.
Both of them were arrested during a raid conducted on the polling station by the assistant commissioner.
Meanwhile, police arrested three people for casting fake votes in a polling station of Peshawar.
Fake voting stamps were recovered from a polling station in Peshawar where polling agents were casting fake votes. People belonging to the locality seized the stamps and protested against the malpractice.
