The US President claims Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shot down 10 Indian aircraft during recent Pakistan-India tensions and says a tariff threat from Washington prevented a nuclear war between the two countries.
Speaking to the media, he stated that both sides were engaged in intense military action. According to his remarks, around 10 aircraft were downed during the confrontation.
He further claimed that without his intervention, the conflict could have escalated into a nuclear exchange. He said he used tariff threats as leverage to push both sides toward de-escalation.
The President added that Pakistan’s Prime Minister acknowledged his role in preventing war and saving millions of lives.

The remarks come at a time of heightened global scrutiny over nuclear-armed states in South Asia.]
The President also addressed developments in the Middle East. He said that if negotiations with Iran fail, military action may follow.
The second round of Iran-US negotiations is expected next week. He claimed that Iran is now engaging more seriously in talks, particularly after recent attacks on its nuclear facilities.
He warned that if no agreement is reached, the United States could deploy additional naval forces and take what he described as “extremely tough measures.”

According to his remarks, the current negotiations differ significantly from previous rounds. He suggested that geopolitical dynamics have shifted and that Iran has reassessed American military capability.
While the President outlined his version of events, independent verification of the aircraft losses and diplomatic exchanges would require confirmation from relevant governments.
The statements underscore ongoing tensions in both South Asia and the Middle East, where diplomacy and military deterrence remain closely linked.
