Police have arrested a key suspect in the Tania Khaskheli murder case.
According to police, the key suspect, Khan Nohani, was arrested from Dureji area of Balochistan, where he was hiding in the house of a relative of the local member national assembly (MNA).
Police also arrested a accomplice of Nohani identified as Mola Baksh.
DIG Khadim Hussain Rind, while talking to media said that Tania was murdered in her house on September 7.
“The accused [Nohani], who is the nephew of infamous dacoit Ghulam Qadir Nohani, admitted to his crime during initial investigation,” DIG Hussain.
The pistol used to murder Tania was recovered by the police.
Tania Khaskheli was gunned down at her home in Jhangar Baajara town of Jamshoro district last week for turning down a marriage proposal, continues to remain at large.
