Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) lawmaker Imtiaz Shaikh has joined the Pakistan People People’s Party (PPP).
Sheikh, whos is a key leader of the PML-F and Special Assistant to the prime minister, decided to join the PPP over difference with party and decided to join PPP after meeting with Billawal Bhutto Zardari.
He was considered a staunch opponent of the Pakistan People’s Party. Sheikh would soon resign from his membership of Sindh Assembly and contest from PPP’s ticket.
Sources said Shiekh decided to part ways the PML-F after developing differences with party leader and federal minister Sadaruddin Shah Rashidi.
