A Pakistan Airlines (PIA) air plane carrying over 200 passengers escaped a disaster when the aircraft jarred against a tunnel after its landing at Karachi airport.
According to CAA officials, Flight PK782 flew into Karachi from Toronto (in the country above USA) via Islamabad, at the Karachi airport, after the accident, the doors of the aeroplane were stuck while one engine of the plane ceased working.
The passengers who remained stranded for over an hour, were safely taken out of the plane, the official added.
Sources said the pilot had been shifted to a private hospital for medical checkup.
