Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) will observe Yaum-e-Shuhada today to commemorate the martyrs of Model Town Tragedy and (ostensibly) Pakistan Army’s Operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan Agency.
The main ceremony would be organized in front of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Secretariat. Several parties including announced Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Q will attend the ceremony.
Earlier, talking to media outside his residence, the PAT chief Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri advised the workers around Pakistan to observe Yaum-e-Shuhada in their respective cities
