Kabul has invited Pakistani businessmen to explore Afghan market with a view to enhancing trade.

The invitation was extended by Afghan ambassador Janan Musazai during his visit to Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) on Wednesday.

The RCCI President Syed Asad Mashadi, Senior Vice President Mian Humayun Parvez and Khurshid Barlas were present on the occasion.

“(The)Afghan embassy will facilitate Pakistani businessmen’s visit to Afghanistan,” he said.

While mentioning mutual understandings of both countries, he said that both the nations share long term religious, cultural and traditional history.

He expressed the hope that the two governments would remove hurdles to implementation of Afghan Transit Trade agreement.

The Afghan ambassador lauded RCCI for holding first Made-in-Pakistan Exhibition in Afghanistan and assured that his embassy would extend full support if RCCI held another exhibition in Afghanistan.
