Pakistan Hajj 2026 flights are set to begin on April 18, while the visa process for most pilgrims has already been completed, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Officials said 90 per cent of Hajj 2026 pilgrim applications have been processed as preparations for the annual pilgrimage continue.
The ministry said the visa issuance process is moving ahead smoothly. It also stated that the Hajj operation is expected to continue without disruption despite the ongoing regional conflict.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs said the Hajj flight operation from Pakistan will start on April 18. The first flight carrying pilgrims to Saudi Arabia is also scheduled to depart the same day.
In the initial phase, flights will leave from Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, and Multan. Meanwhile, the full details of individual flights will be shared with pilgrims next week.
The ministry said it remains in close coordination with Saudi authorities to ensure the safety and convenience of pilgrims.
90% Of Hajj 2026 Visas Processed in Pakistan
Officials said 90 per cent of visa applications for Hajj 2026 pilgrims from Pakistan have already been processed. This marks a major step in the country’s preparations for this year’s pilgrimage.
The ministry also reassured pilgrims that the operation is being organised in a timely manner. According to officials, arrangements are being finalised to ensure smooth, well-managed travel.

Under the Hajj 2026 scheme, 468 flights will transport 119,000 pilgrims from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia. On the first day of the operation, four flights will depart for Medina. Flights to Jeddah will begin on May 4. The final flight of the Hajj operation is scheduled for May 21.
These flights will operate from eight major cities across Pakistan. The breakdown includes 129 flights from Islamabad, 124 from Karachi, 104 from Lahore, 34 from Multan, 26 from Sialkot, 23 from Faisalabad, 18 from Quetta, and five from Sukkur.
The Hajj 2026 operation will cover eight major departure points across the country. This broad flight network aims to help pilgrims travel more easily from various regions of Pakistan.
Authorities said they are completing final arrangements to ensure the entire process remains organised and efficient.
